Here we have the tragic consequence of young love.  Mike Scott (class of 1967) is on a journey to but not across the River Charles.  He struggles in vain as bystanders chuckle.

I believe that is Rich Born and John Dehne in the first rank of dunkers.  Since they were in the class of 1968, that would place this event in the fall of 1964 or the spring of 1965.

In 2018, the back "yard" of 460 Beacon Street looked not a lot different (except for air conditioning units in the windows) from its appearance in the 1960's.  And why wouldn't it?  1966 was only (bring up calculator, push buttons, turn pale, go to bed for long rest) mumble-mumble years ago.
